Job summary

Voltage-LL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead development, implementation, and optimization of fiber/wire harness production processes. You will drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, and automation across manufacturing operations to enable scalable growth.

Experience in high-volume electrical assembly and related industries is preferred. The role requires strong collaboration with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams on manufacturability and process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
Experience in wire harness, electrical assembly, automotive, electronics, renewable energy, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for wire harness assemblies, solar products, and related electrical systems.
Establish standardized work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing documentation.
Ensure new projects transition from Design Engineering into production.
Develop manufacturing routings, labor standards, and cycle times.
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and quality issues to support production.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve OEE.
