Voltage Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for wire harness assemblies, solar products, and related systems. You will oversee the Manufacturing Engineering team and collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.
You will drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, automation efforts, and production readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering
- 3+ years in leadership or supervision
- Experience with wire harness, electrical assemblies, renewable energy, or related industries
Responsabilités
- Lead development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for wire harness assemblies, solar products, and related electrical systems.
- Establish standard work, process flows, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure projects transition from Design Engineering to production.
- Develop routings, labor standards, and cycle times.
