• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing, production, or program environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering and program engineering teams to meet production and program objectives.
• Direct manufacturing processes, production support, process improvement, and engineering execution.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, and program leadership to meet cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
• Drive readiness, producibility, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput and product quality.
• Support transition of products from development to production, including planning and risk identification.
