• Drive process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and operational performance; reduce cost of poor quality through corrective actions and RCA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, and leadership to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Support manufacturing readiness and execution across multiple programs.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for team members.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and improved manufacturing outcomes.
• Support priorities to meet production and business objectives.
• Participate in on-site and virtual interviews to staff and develop the team.
• Travel may be required; ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
