Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and manage a talented team of 4-6 direct reports across casting operations and final assembly for established and new product lines.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, improve quality, ensure on-time delivery, and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence through initiatives like Factory Gemba walks, quality improvements, and safety protocols.
