You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful delivery of customized solutions that meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in a senior engineering role, and strong technical knowledge of production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional and global matrix organization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to lead programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Document, plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operational programs.
• Established project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between design intent and production execution.
• Managing complex manufacturing environments with customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations) to ensure technical and organizational alignment.
• Defining and implementing approaches for complex production and engineering challenges.
• Leading a medium-sized manufacturing or engineering organization with accountability for performance and budget (typically exceeding $5 million).
• Supporting strategic discussions regarding future business direction, capabilities, and operational improvements.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
