Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in Pasadena, TX seeks an Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities for complex manufacturing processes and product execution. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations.
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional and global matrix organization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
  • Proven ability to lead programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Document, plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operational programs.
  • Established project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering activities associated with complex manufacturing processes and product execution. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and enabling functions to ensure technical alignment, operational effectiveness, and successful delivery of customized solutions that meet customer needs. This role is reserved for highly experienced engineering professionals and may require alignment with Chief Engineering governance frameworks depending on organizational requirements.


As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Leading engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between design intent and production execution.

To be successful in this role you will:
