Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Manager - Operations Management to lead a busy facility in achieving top-tier safety, quality, and performance. You will drive productivity, manage budgets, and develop talent across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams.

The role requires a strong track record in Lean manufacturing, plant performance management, and cross-functional leadership within chemical/ process environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing/related operations with leadership experience.
• Experience with HSE, PSM and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee production scheduling, inventory, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Manage maintenance, reliability, and capital projects to maximize uptime.
• Coach and develop supervisors, planners, and operators; set clear expectations.
