Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing manufacturing processes for high-precision assemblies.
- Proven ability to transition development into controlled production environments.
- Ability to identify manufacturability risks, yield issues, and cost drivers.
- Experience with pilot builds, customer qualification builds, and early production runs.
- Strong collaboration with R&D, operations, quality, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop process flows, routings, work instructions, and inspection plans.
- Coordinate with engineering/operations on manufacturability and capacity gaps.
- Drive yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, and process repeatability.
- Support capital planning, equipment selection, and process validation.
- Assist root-cause analysis for manufacturing defects and supplier issues.
