Job summary

You will model, simulate, test, and iterate designs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and performance. The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on heat transfer and fluid mechanics, plus hands-on lab validation and cost-aware design decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering; preference for heat transfer/fluids concentration.
• Experience in thermal design across product life cycle.
• Ability to conduct simulations and data-driven analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own thermal design from modeling through transfer to manufacturing.
• Perform thermal simulations and post-processing to verify feasibility and inform design.
• Evaluate heat transfer hardware options for cost, performance, and applicability.
• Develop and implement improvements to extend hardware operation and reliability.
• Consider chip packaging thermal aspects in design decisions.
• Plan work to meet product development schedules and coordinate with teams.
