Qualifications

• BS in industrial, mechanical, or aerospace engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and testing hardware for space launch vehicles.
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, prints, and large assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute build and integration of Neutron flight hardware.
• Develop con-ops and tooling for handling components and large assemblies.
• Improve build methods to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Support integration engineers in day-to-day vehicle integration tasks.
• Create work instructions to ensure clear communication between engineering and technicians.
• Maintain planning documents covering Launch Vehicle configurations.
• Design tools and fixtures to enable vehicle processing and testing.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
• Track multiple priorities toward common project goals.
