Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the Manufacturing Engineering SME across BE-7 and Blue Thrusters, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role drives manufacturing standards, speed, and capability, shaping the manufacturing floor and processes across two critical propulsion programs.

You will lead DFM/DFx feedback, NPIs, automation strategy, AI-enabled tooling, and producibility initiatives, mentoring engineers and ensuring robust, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Materials Science Engineering from an accredited university.
• Hands-on experience with aerospace hardware and propulsion manufacturing.
