Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in manufacturing, production, supply chain, or operations.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing organizations.
• Experience transitioning a product to rate production.
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 35%.
• Citizenship or eligible work status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and priorities for manufacturing the electric propulsion thruster line.
• Build the production organization and hire develop leadership.
• Own the get-to-rate plan from development to sustained rate production.
• Lead transition from development to rate production, tooling and work instructions.
• Drive producibility and manage BOM as the product evolves.
• Establish interfaces with quality, supply chain, material planning, and test operations.
• Manage manufacturing operating budget and capital plan.
• Set safety and quality culture for the new production team.
