Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or equivalent combo of education and experience.
- 8+ years manufacturing engineering in high complexity projects.
- 5+ years leading technical projects in cross-functional initiatives.
- 3+ years in engineering leadership or SME role.
- 3+ years ISO compliance experience.
Responsibilities
- Attend design reviews and evaluate manufacturability for production.
- Review drawings prior to Production Release for manufacturability.
- Lead make/buy evaluations for in-house vs outside vendor options.
- Support lean initiatives such as 5S, TPM, and VSM.
- Monitor daily production and propose efficiency improvements.
- Provide tooling, fixtures and process method instructions.
- Collaborate with Methods and Tooling to optimize layouts.
- Travel as required and support a 24/7 global operation.
