This role links design engineering with production, driving quality, safety, and cost improvements while maintaining production capability and facilitating changes to existing products.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing engineering experience in a production setting.
• Expertise with Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen process improvement.
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI).
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Collaborates effectively with engineering, quality, and operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, tooling and process validation.
• Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Serve as the link between Design Engineering and Production Operations.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
• Manage engineering changes for existing products.
• Maintain and improve production capability.
• Drive quality improvements and defect reduction.
