Bellwether Staffing Solutions in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for an assembled product environment on the North side. You will develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to support production and new product introductions.

This role links design engineering with production, driving quality, safety, and cost improvements while maintaining production capability and facilitating changes to existing products.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee, WI (North side) with experience in an assembled product environment (line balancing, assembly of heavy parts, standardization & scaling, hydraulics). The focus of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer is to develop, implement, and improve the processes of the factory. As the link between design engineering and the production floor you provide the manufacturing expertise needed to implement the production of new products as well as processing changes to existing products. This position is responsible for maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing cost and improving safety. 100K – 115K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package
