Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) to drive production build requirements, pallet display designs, operating instructions, and prototype builds for special-execution programs within Kitting and Manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set standards, and push waste-elimination initiatives to reduce cost and improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 2 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
• ERP experience and ability to drive problem-solving and process development

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and operational leader for manufacturing engineering
• Define path forward for complex or ambiguous work and set technical standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design pallet displays meeting requirements
• Lead projects to develop new processes and automated solutions
• Manage Oracle BOM setup and changes in Oracle system
• Create and maintain OMS documents and training materials
