Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) to drive production build requirements, pallet display designs, operating instructions, and prototype builds for special-execution programs within Kitting and Manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set standards, and push waste-elimination initiatives to reduce cost and improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Master’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 2 years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
ERP experience and ability to drive problem-solving and process development

Responsibilities

Serve as technical and operational leader for manufacturing engineering
Define path forward for complex or ambiguous work and set technical standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to design pallet displays meeting requirements
Lead projects to develop new processes and automated solutions
Manage Oracle BOM setup and changes in Oracle system
Create and maintain OMS documents and training materials
