Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead complex electronic products from early manufacturing review and New Product Introduction through launch and full production at our Milwaukee facility.

You will shape manufacturing processes, tooling, documentation, and technical decisions while solving real production challenges across SMT, mechanical assembly, and test operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing or NPI
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction and launches
• PFMEA, control plans, and quality systems knowledge
• ERP/MES experience (Epicor, FactoryLogix or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead process development for new programs from quote to production release
• Review BOM/ Gerbers for manufacturability and translate into work instructions
• Design and coordinate tooling, fixtures, stencils, and test fixtures
• Own PFMEA and control plans for programs
• Drive root-cause problem solving on the production floor
• Collaborate with PM, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Engineering
