Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
  • Lead DFx-based efforts to estimate and reduce costs and improve quality.
  • Determine time standards and recommendations for tooling and processes.
  • Develop/test procedures, evaluate results, and perform PFMEA; report findings.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers.
