Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance of process equipment and vacuum chambers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and system level failures.
• Develop procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Determine root causes and corrective actions; perform FMEA and provide reports.
• Make recommendations for tooling and fixtures to improve process efficiency and quality.
• Lead team in using DFx principles to estimate and reduce costs and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain methods, sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products; manage manufacturing engineering projects.
