Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Engineering Technology).
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day engineering support for air‑cooled chiller production operations and lead complex manufacturing issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time on the factory floor with cross‑functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and factory testing, leading root cause investigations and continuous improvement.
