Lancesoft in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support air-cooled chiller production. You will improve processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across mechanical assembly, electrical integration, controls, and testing.

The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to ensure safe, efficient, repeatable manufacturing that meets quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering or automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for air-cooled chiller production operations.
• Lead resolution of complex manufacturing issues involving mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, controls, and testing processes.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints that impact safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
• Support production teams in achieving operational performance objectives.
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and factory testing operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve product quality, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Industrial Engineering on factory flow, capacity, and productivity improvement initiatives.
