Job summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will be the local ME within the plant, focusing on new technology, NPI and method improvements that support daily improvement to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Personnel values.

You will lead manufacturing process development, support continuous improvement initiatives, and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve yield and reduce variability. Relocation is authorized; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience in manufacturing.
Six Sigma and/or Lean experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

HSE/Product Safety – review methods to reduce PHA scores under zero-harm program.
Quality – contribute to Zero Defects program and analyze data for corrective actions.
Cost and Delivery – develop processes to meet plant budget for yield and productivity.
Production System – maintain PFMEA, RFT, Control Plans, KPV, and SPC.
Technical Authority – support MOC process and create SOPs.
Toolbox – apply Lean/Six Sigma tools for plant improvements: VSM, root-cause, Kaizen, 6S.
Implement Strategy – integrate planned Manufacturing Technology, Digital Tech and NPI.
Minimum Standards/Best Practice – share best practices across sites.
