Job summary

Lennox International is seeking an experienced engineer to plan and design complex manufacturing processes in an industrial plant. You will manage independent technical projects for engineering support of manufacturing operations, including machining, metal forming, welding, and assembly.

Responsibilities include evaluating data, coordinating with teams, and providing leadership to junior staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience; shift: 10PM–7AM.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Understanding of practical engineering science and technology; strong CAD/tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex advisory support in design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of manufacturing operations.
• Conceive and plan projects involving major production activities and process improvements.
• Conduct independent technical investigations applying complex technical principles.
• Evaluate test and production data and recommend methods to meet design objectives.
• Coordinate with technical support personnel and assign work to drafters/technicians.
