Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing required.
• 10+ years engineering experience in manufacturing with project leadership.
• Progressive experience in operations, process engineering, and manufacturing.
• 5+ years experience in Hot Compression mold design or molding plastics (fluoropolymers preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement manufacturing projects to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
• Manage teams in focused productivity improvement areas.
• Interact with department leadership to ensure effective changes.
• Lead facility improvement projects supporting maintenance and 5-S efforts.
• Collaborate with supervision to resolve shop-floor issues.
• Originate and update manufacturing documentation and train personnel.
• Work with management, R&D, and marketing to develop new processes.
