Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Manage processes using Lean tools and develop key manufacturing plans and risk assessments.
• 20% - Develop and implement manufacturing and assembly process improvements and determine tooling and setup requirements.
• 20% - Welding process development for complex configurations and tooling support.
• 15% - Use CAD/PLM tools to monitor design updates and align engineering and manufacturing configurations.
• 10% - Support tight tolerance machining and metrology to meet specs.
