The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and support production operations. Responsibilities include PFMEA, project management, fixture design, production support, and Lean-based process improvements in a light manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• BS degree in a technical field; Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial preferred.
• 2–5 years in a production environment; experience in equipment design preferred.
• Lean certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, plan, and implement process improvements to boost quality, cut costs, and reduce cycle time.
• Lead and design strategies to improve processes within Operations.
• Apply Lean tools to achieve business objectives and mentor teams.
