Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing systems focused on quality and throughput.
• Develop process documentation: stack sheets, routings, PFMEAs, flow diagrams, error-proofing.
• Evaluate and lead tryouts for new machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support to plant operations and capital projects.
• Develop cost estimates for new programs and drive major production launches.
