Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Milwaukee to lead process development, ensure production capability, and drive lean improvements across the line.

You will bridge design engineering and the production floor, lead new product introductions, reduce costs, improve safety and quality, and mentor teams in continuous improvement. Excellent growth opportunities and a strong culture are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–12 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a large assembly operation.
• Proficient CAD (Pro-E/Creo), Word, Excel, and Access.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
• Ideally, experience bringing concepts to production on the assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on setup of the assembly line, establish processes and documentation.
• Bring mobile equipment products from design hand-off to completion.
• Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor.
• Manage integration of new products into existing lines with understanding of new processes affecting balance, pfMEA, and line efficiency.
• Lead the development of Operation Method Standards.
• Use Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts to reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production line problems.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and ISO compliance.
• Lead design initiatives within manufacturing processes, including line/cell layout, tooling and part flow.
• Capital equipment justification.
• Advance safety and ergonomic practices.
