Job summary

Tecomet in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Sr. Engineer, Manufacturing to develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes aligned with product specs and quality standards.

You will coordinate launches for new or revised products and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. You will lead PFMEA and control plan development, support CNC programming, and provide DFM feedback to ensure robust, quality-driven production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (biomedical, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, materials) or engineering tech.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering roles.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops optimized manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
• Leads project strategies, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Implements Lean and Six Sigma improvements in production.
• Provides DFМ feedback for new and sustaining products.
• Supports PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation.
• Trains staff and mentors engineering teammates.
• Ensures regulatory and quality requirements (ISO 13485, MDR) are met.
