Job summary

RocketForce Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer in West Palm Beach, FL. You will develop and optimize assembly processes, work with design, engineering, and quality teams, and focus on cost reduction and productivity gains.

The role requires strong knowledge of assembly methods for turbo-machinery, plus cross-functional collaboration and Lean/Six Sigma expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Follow complex assembly/builds to ensure proper functionality; understand form, fit, and function of turbine machinery.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations Program Integrators and Assembly team to ensure on-time delivery of complex assemblies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions,流程 diagrams, and SOPs.
• Analyze and optimize production workflows, layouts, and equipment to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
