Job summary

Eaton's Kings Mountain, NC facility seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize gear and shaft production processes, advancing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity for OEM and aftermarket customers.

You will lead Lean initiatives, update work instructions and PFMEA, coordinate new product launches and automated cells, and drive cost reductions with Industry 4.0 tools, CAD experience, and robotics know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum three years in manufacturing.
• Experience with gear/shaft manufacturing and process improvement.
• Sponsorship not available for immigration or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve processes for transmission components in Kings Mountain.
• Develop safe work methods and error-proof processes.
• Update PFMEA, work instructions, process flows and control plans.
