Dover Food Retail seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead OpEx deployment across assembly and fabrication areas, driving major factory transformations. You will apply Lean Six Sigma tools, design for manufacturability, and manage capital projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.

You will collaborate with design and product teams, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma and DFM to improve manufacturability and costs.

Aufgaben

• Lead OpEx deployment focusing on Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, and Tier Accountability in assigned areas.
• Plan and lead Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve quality and cycle time.
• Apply PFMEA and Poka-Yoke to identify and prevent manufacturing issues.
• Perform capacity planning, line balancing, and headcount calculations to optimize resources.
• Lead CapEx projects from conception through installation and handover to production.
• Drive automation initiatives and area transformations to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
