This role entails liaison across Repair & Overhaul Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Supplier Quality, with extensive travel to Appleton, St.

Louis and Texas RO. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 4 years of related experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related curriculum required.
• 4 years manufacturing engineering, planning, or related technical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex technical studies and analyze operations to determine equipment needs and methods.
• Author detailed work instructions to optimize manufacturing process efficiency.
• Create DRDI/DMT rework instructions for effective corrective actions.
• Develop MBOM in SAP/Solumina/Corridor to ensure correct part installation.
• Generate make-or-buy proposals and evaluate vendors and problems.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Prepare justification for equipment and facility requests.
• Perform producibility studies from engineering drawings.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing needs.
• Prioritize workloads and provide completion dates and estimates.
• Stay current on state-of-the-art manufacturing developments.
• Incorporate Lean Manufacturing into processes and drive improvements.
