Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM required.
• 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience interpreting drawings/models.
• Experience with machine tooling and automation.
• Experience with continuous improvement events.

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange machines, tooling, and sequences for aircraft assembly.
• Optimize manufacturing tasks to improve efficiency and quality.
• Interpret drawings and 3D models for work instructions.
• Incorporate design/process modifications to maintain compliance.
• Adapt equipment designs to factory needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to PFMEA and control plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality.
• Support robotics/automation integration where applicable.
• Apply project management methods to plan and track activities.
