Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at its Farmington, NM site.

You will design, control, and improve manufacturing processes with a multi-disciplinary team, translating engineering designs into efficient production workflows. Requirements include a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency with SAP/ERP/MRP shop-floor systems and CAD tools such as CREO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with work instructions in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing, controlling and improving the manufacturing process with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Improving cycle and lead times.
• Implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
• Creating and overseeing improvement projects.
• Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Performing hardware defect analysis.
• Participating in corrective action investigations.
