Responsibilities

• Apply manufacturing process engineering to down‑select capital equipment aligned to capability and schedule requirements.
• Partner with supply chain to support sourcing, procurement, and vendor engagement.
• Coordinate vendor equipment testing, lift‑and‑shift preparation, and factory space readiness prior to equipment arrival.
• Support equipment installation, facilities interfaces, and acceptance testing.
• Oversee equipment setup, verify process capability, and drive cross‑functional approvals.
• Lead product validation for all operations to enable release of manufacturing documentation for production.
• Support factory floor setup and readiness activities to ensure successful production start.
