RTX’s Raytheon Diné Facility in Farmington, NM is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to develop, test, modify and create manufacturing solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.

The role focuses on designing, controlling and improving manufacturing processes, reducing cycle times and implementing process controls. You will translate engineering requirements into practical manufacturing steps, perform defect analysis, and participate in corrective actions, while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with work instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing, controlling and improving the manufacturing process in collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
• Improve cycle and lead times.
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
• Create and oversee improvement projects.
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Perform hardware defect analysis.
• Participate in corrective action investigations.
