Qualifications

• Typically requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
• Experience with work instructions in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with shop floor management systems and CAD tools and manufacturing software

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the design, control and improvement of the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
• Improving cycle and lead times
• Implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Working with engineering team and other stakeholders to create and oversee improvement projects
• Assisting in translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Performing hardware defect analysis
• Participating in corrective action investigations
