Job summary
RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the assembly line setup and new product introductions. You will drive production readiness, document processes, and coordinate with design engineering to implement production changes.
The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, CAD proficiency (Pro-E/Creo), and a background in large‑scale assembly. Expect responsibilities around PFMEA, line balance, cost reduction, safety improvements, and ISO
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering required; Master's preferred
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Experience in large assembly operation helpful
- Proficient CAD (Pro-E/Creo) experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Responsibilities
- Lead setup and documentation for assembly lines
- Introduce new products from design to production
- Plan and support new product introductions on manufacturing floor
- Develop standard operating procedures for operations
- Improve line balance, PFMEA, and line efficiency
- Lead cost reduction and safety initiatives
- Ensure ISO compliance and ergonomic practices
- Capital equipment justification and line layout planning
