Job summary

You will lead equipment design, procurement and process improvements to raise reliability and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering Operations for Fletcher Housings.
• Drive equipment and process improvements to boost performance.
• Improve OEE and production stability through CI initiatives.
• Support daily production and resolve manufacturing issues quickly.
• Partner with GME to plan capital equipment for capacity growth.
• Standardize processes and develop engineering talent.
