Job summary

Yanfeng seeks an experienced engineering leader to act as the single point technical contact for customer engagements, coordinating product engineers and designers to address complex topics.

You will build relationships with OEM engineering decision makers, understand product issues and opportunities for improvements, and guide program teams to deliver multi-part systems that meet customer requirements while applying YFAI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of BOS, EHS, Product Safety, Compliance and IT information security.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point technical contact on engineering topics and issues.
• Lead engineers and designers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with OEM engineering decision makers.
• Ensure OEMs understand technological and manufacturing capabilities.
• Support program-specific issues and communicate significant launch risks.
• Lead a group of engineers to develop multi-part systems to customer requirements.
• Implement YFAI standards and systems (BOS, PLUS, Lean, CPP, CMP, EPIC, BEP).
