Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III for the Norcross and Conyers facilities. You will be the primary technical authority for processes, capex lifecycles, and digital manufacturing systems, driving data‑driven improvements and scalable, safe operations.

You will lead safety programs, apply SPC/DOE, manage a ~$2M Capex budget, support new product trials, mentor teams, and coordinate with Finance, Quality, Planning and Operations to ensure BOMs, routings and SOPs are

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material Science or Mechatronics with engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 7+ years metal fabrication experience including forming, bending, cutting, punching, etc.
• 5+ years project management experience with Lean/WCM and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Project management certification or similar time-frame experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MES software experience is a plus.
