Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Georgia facility. You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity on the plant floor and lead major capital projects with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes lean methods, standard work, and continuous improvement, with strong focus on process optimization and equipment performance. Proficiency in SAP, 3D CAD, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Experience with SAP and engineering problem solving required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives with plant leadership and supervisors.
• Develop and implement standard work and LEAN improvement projects.
• Manage multi-million dollar equipment installations and process improvements.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and daily education of operators on quality specs.
• Utilize 3D CAD and other tools to design and troubleshoot equipment.
