Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III to serve as the technical authority for manufacturing processes, capex projects, and digital systems at Norcross and Conyers. The role drives data-driven improvements, safety, quality, and scalable processes to meet customer expectations.

You will lead continuous improvement, partner with cross-functional teams, and manage budgets while delivering new product costings and SOPs to support the plant's evolution into Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field and 7+ years engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects and data-driven improvements across multiple sites.
• Lean/WCM experience (6 sigma green/black belt) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own data collection and analysis of current production performance against baselines.
• Lead safety audits and drive a strong safety culture.
• Lead Capex budgeting and project execution (~$2M annually) across sites.
• Drive New Product Development support including costing for tooling, fixtures and machinery.
• Champion continuous improvement using WCM tools and cross-site governance.
