Job summary

Tactical Revolution, LLC in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our production team and manage the supply chain, inventory control, and manufacturing documentation. You will develop BOMs, convert SolidWorks models into accurate drawings with GD&T, plan production, and drive continuous improvement while coaching staff on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• Direct production supervision experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance issues.
• Current SolidWorks proficiency to create technical/shop drawings from issued models.
• Strong GD&T mastery for interpretation and inspection.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs, work instructions, manufacturing records, and revision-controlled documentation.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing/industrial engineering, or production supervision.
• Experience managing supply chain purchases and supplier issues including quotations, orders, deliveries, discrepancies, acceptance, and returns.
• Inventory-control experience including transactions, counts, reconciliation, and movement through production stages.
• Ability to prioritize competing requirements, communicate risks, and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Jupiter, Florida, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct the production team: assign tasks, set priorities, coordinate schedules, and maintain productivity, quality, and deadlines.
• Plan and execute production: develop daily/weekly schedules based on staffing, materials, equipment, and output.
• Maintain readiness: ensure equipment, materials, workspaces, and documentation are ready for production and communicate status to leadership.
• Manage suppliers and purchasing: oversee quotations, orders, deliveries, and ensure specifications and pricing compliance.
• Control quality: inspect materials and components, document discrepancies, manage rework and acceptance.
• Develop manufacturing documentation: create BOMs, work orders, and shop drawings; ensure revision control.
• Oversee quality and production execution: coordinate scheduling, first-article inspections, prototypes, and subcontracted work.
