Job summary

Tactical Revolution, LLC seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead textiles and products assembly, personally managing the manufacturing supply chain, inventory controls, documentation, scheduling, and quality activities. You will supervise a small team and perform technical work, including BOMs and GD&T-enabled drawings, drawing on SolidWorks models.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing leader with experience supervising 3–5 staff.
• Experience developing BOMs and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong procurement, supplier coordination and inventory control.
• Ability to convert SolidWorks models into shop drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead textiles and products assembly team and own manufacturing supply chain, inventory controls, documentation, scheduling and quality control.
• Supervise production employees and perform technical work including BOMs, drawings, and GD&T applications.
• Manage suppliers, purchasing, receiving, discrepancies, inventory accountability and cycle counts.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, BOMs, work orders, and standardized procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste without changing approved designs.
