Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred majors include mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technologies, industrial technologies or manufacturing technologies.
• At least five years of similar manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience focused on continuous improvement initiatives, including scrap reduction and efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects by managing timelines and budgets.
• Oversee production numbers and KPI improvements.
• Conduct capability and capacity analysis biannually.
• Train associates on quality, production and engineering procedures.
