Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI seeks a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to build and improve operations for UL 891 switchboards and large electrical assemblies in an engineered-to-order environment. Responsabilidades

Design, specify, procure, and implement tooling, fixtures and equipment to ensure repeatable, scalable production of UL 891 switchboards and other large electrical assemblies.
Troubleshoot tooling, equipment, and process issues; implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Industrial Engineers to enable flexible low-volume, high-mix ETO and CTO production.
Identify and document continuous improvement, DFM, and cost-savings opportunities affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop and maintain BOMs, labor standards, routings, and work instructions in Epicor, becoming the manufacturing SME for ERP data.
Work with IT/QC to implement MES and maximize shop-floor visibility, control, and execution.
Translate customer drawings into manufacturing plans and routings.
Optimize processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure on-time delivery.
Support new product introductions, custom orders, and engineering changes from release to production.
Lead capital equipment projects from concept to implementation and stabilization.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across operations.
