Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the Manufacturing Engineering SME for the Electric Propulsion program. You will lead manufacturing readiness and drive DFx, tooling, and processes to scale production.

This high-visibility role partners with Design, Quality, and Operations to deliver high-rate propulsion hardware, applying first-principles thinking and lean principles to eliminate waste.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience authoring work instructions and managing BOMs.
• Hands-on experience with propulsion hardware.

Responsabilités

• Lead ME SME across Electric Propulsion value stream.
• Develop DFx/DFM feedback to design engineers.
• Lead standup of production lines and NPIs.
